Edit Post Arnold Schwarzenegger 38th Governor of California / Bodybuilder / Actor Arnold Schwarzenegger was the 38th governor of California and previously a bodybuilder and actor. Shortly after arriving to the United States, he chose Santa Monica to live. In the 1970s, he attended Santa Monica College and UCLA extension. His restaurant, Schatzi On Main, opened in Santa Monica in 1992 and later sold in 1998. It was located at 3110 Main Street.
